Interview Idea: Trong Nguyen - LaBou Founder

We recently had the pleasure of meeting Trong Nguyen, founder of LaBou, a successful restaurant/cafe/bakery chain in the Sacramento area. He is a Vietnamese American who dedicated himself to the pursuit of making the best possible croissant. Not only was he able to make an excellent croissant, his entrepreneurial savvy led him to start his own business that has now flourished into 27 bakery and cafe locations. We plan to conduct a complete interview to get to know him better and see what makes him tick.
